Becoming Independent Learners

The Sandhills middle school program continues to build upon the foundations put in place during lower school. There is an emphasis on language training and math courses to provide a sound basis for students who learn differently. Our multi-sensory approach continues into higher level classes and students are challenged to more abstract thinking.

Middle school encourages students to become more independent learners. Teachers provide a classroom experience that eliminates anxiety and focuses on positive reinforcement. Students continue to receive an individualized education while becoming well versed in independent learning.
