Honor Code Ceremony

Sandhills values and respects the individual uniqueness of all students. We appreciate their gifts and expect their daily actions to reflect their innate abilities and good character. We recognize that our students’ goals can only be achieved in a setting where we trust and value their intellectual honesty and  personal integrity. Thus, the Honor Code is an instrument that relies on student commitment and responsibility. In order to achieve academic integrity, and to maintain a safe and respectful environment conducive to learning, we expect our students to uphold and follow the Code of Honor.
