“I stay here because of the students. They are so amazing and bright. The ability to help students see and reach their potential is a gift every day.”

Holly has been teaching at Sandhills for 15+ years and has been involved with the school for over two decades. What started as a long-term subbing position at another local private school led her to Sandhills, where she quickly fell in love with the school’s mission, community, and students. Over the years, she’s taught across all grade levels and continues to find joy in supporting students’ growth every day.

Favorite School Tradition

• Field Day: Holly loves the way the entire school community comes together for fun and connection at the end of the year. It’s a joyful celebration that students look forward to.

Campus Involvement

In addition to her teaching role, Holly sponsors Chess Club, Drama, Pep Squad, and the Soccer Club, and enjoys teaming up with other coaches to create meaningful extracurricular experiences.
