Our Faculty and Staff

Our faculty has more training and experience in highly specialized instruction than any school in the Midlands area. All faculty members are required to take a minimum of 60 hours of Orton-Gillingham training. Our Language Training (LT) teachers are nationally certified by the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators. Not only do our teachers excel in their field, they are very dedicated to every student at Sandhills. The success of Sandhills is attributed to the excellent faculty and staff. We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent teachers who provide excellent learning opportunities for our students. Our teachers actively seek continued education by attending workshops, seminars and conferences.
