Summer School Program
Sandhills Summer Skills Camp provides a unique opportunity for students to receive individualized Orton-Gillingham instruction.
Our program is designed to help students build confidence, maintain skills acquired during the school year, and learn new techniques and strategies to apply in a classroom setting.
It is our desire to equip students with a clear understanding of concepts through multi-sensory techniques according to each individual’s unique learning style.
Each summer camper participates in an Orton-Gillingham specific language training class, a multi-sensory math class, and a class in written expression. It is our goal to equip students with the confidence and steps needed to express their thoughts in a clear and organized manner.
Sandhills Summer Skills Camp is an intensive learning experience with many opportunities for fun adventure and social interaction. We encourage families to reserve a space early.
